Every paid health or medical writing project exists within a commercial environment.
No matter how noble the intention. No matter how important the topic.
There are stakeholders everywhere:
The client who commissioned the work.
The medical reviewer protecting accuracy and risk.
The brand team guarding tone of voice.
Legal protecting the company.
The subject matter expert with strong opinions.
The project manager juggling deadlines.
