The question that is asked more than any other — by writers trying to break into health writing or increase their income — sounds something like this:

How do you actually find clients who pay well?

Underneath that question is usually an assumption.

That there must be a system.
A funnel.
A pitch template.
A cold email sequence.
A repeatable hack that converts strangers into premium clients on demand.

I’m going to be honest with you. That is not how I built a £70k+ business working roughly 450 hours a year.

What I’ve built is slower to construct and harder to reduce to a checklist, but it’s far more durable.
